1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, subscribing to JUST USE IT, or using any of our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
JUST USE IT is a yearly membership that gives you access to every application in our catalog, for as long as your membership is active, plus any applications we add later. Details, descriptions and platforms for each application are shown on the Apps page.
3. Accounts
You need an account to subscribe and to download software. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep your email address up to date, since it is how we reach you about your membership.
4. Free trial, subscription, billing and cancellation
Every new account includes a 14-day free trial, starting the day you sign up: no card is required, and you can download and use every app in the catalog during that period. If you decide not to continue, simply do nothing; the trial ends and nothing is ever charged.
If you choose to subscribe, your membership costs the price shown at checkout and renews automatically once a year, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as merchant of record: Paddle bills you, calculates and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax, and is who you contact for invoices and payment issues.
Because every account already gets a full 14-day trial to evaluate the software before paying anything, each purchase is final once made: by subscribing, you expressly ask us to give you immediate access and agree that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal for that payment. Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals, but does not refund a payment already made; you may cancel any time from your account page.
5. Using the software
While your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the applications in the catalog, on up to 3 computers at a time. This licence ends automatically if your membership lapses; the applications check your membership online and stop working shortly after. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or share your account or the software with people outside your household or team, reverse-engineer the software except where the law allows it, or remove or bypass the licensing checks.
6. Community
The Community section lets you post ideas and vote on what we build next. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may edit, hide or remove posts, and may use anything you post to decide what to build, without owing you anything for it.
7. Our software and content
Everything we make available through JUST USE IT, the applications, this website, its text and design, belongs to us or our licensors. Your membership gives you a licence to use it as described above; it does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service and the applications available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or discontinue an application, with reasonable notice where we can give it.
9. No warranty
The applications are provided "as is". We do our best to make them reliable, but we do not promise they are error-free or fit for every purpose, and you should verify results yourself, especially for professional or broadcast use where accuracy matters.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Ending your access
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we reasonably believe your account is being misused or shared.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page is always the current one. If you keep using the service after a change, that counts as accepting the update.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are handled by the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
